While Engineering is able to use existing legacy systems, GIS applications, or Customer Information Systems (CIS) to generate service and work orders, these systems are difficult for daily scheduling and operations activity.

CrewManager's Role
CrewManager fills in the missing link in most existing enterprise software at Utilities - work order management, crew scheduling, timekeeping, reporting, and job progress coordination.
