products- each one a market leader. Established offices to serve
clients in 5 cities and 3 countries. Shipped over 12,000
systems. And the most important - have established relationships

Our People |

UBS has over 80 employees. Over 75% of our employees are
technically qualified and experienced. We have 4 offices
worldwide including a Technology Center at Salt Lake City that
focuses on exploiting emerging technologies and a Software
Development Center in India where a strong talented team helps
us build some of our best products. Our employee turnover is
amazingly low. We are proud that we are able to retain talent in
great demand and thereby add to the ever increasing domain

Milestones in our History |
Unique Business Systems (UBS) was established in 1982. Since its
inception, the company’s focus has been on providing software
solutions for inventory management, tracking, scheduling and
point of sale. The experience and expertise gathered over the
last 20 years has established UBS as the leading provider of
rental management software for the Audio-Visual, Video, and
Equipment rental markets.

UBS provides its customers a comprehensive range of services
including Business Consulting, Customization, Training,
Project Implementation and 24/7 Technical Support. |

UBS pioneered Video Rental Software in 1982. UBS also provided
the industry with the standard software interfaces,
which enabled revenue sharing between Video Rental
Industry and the Motion Picture Studios. |

UBS has successfully implemented complex mission critical systems
for large companies. These include, Safeway®, Krogers®,
Salt Lake Olympics 2002, MotoPhoto®, Bexel®, as
well as the world’s largest Theme Park and Entertainment
Company (WDW). |

1996 UBS established a dedicated Software Development
Center in India. The center is staffed with over 35
highly qualified and experienced engineers. |
