Project Manager for it's R2 AV and Construction
equipment Rental Software at its
Santa Monica, California USA office.

Duties: Primarily manage multiple accounts from the
time of customer signing to go-live. Knowledge of the
audio visual industry and/or Construction equipment
rental business flow as well as strong communication
skills is required. Responsibilities will include basic
technical knowledge of networking and
servers. Running data conversions, documentation and
on-site training as well as basic troubleshooting skills.
Position involves travel to client sites world-wide.
Minimum requirements: Knowledge of Microsoft
Project, Windows Operating systems, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word. Basic Accounting knowledge.

Software Engineer
Position number: UBSR201
Unique Business Systems seeks a Software Engineer at its
Santa Monica, California USA office.

Duties include install,
configure, and create Oracle database on UNIX and
Windows NT platforms. Analyze, develop, test and
implement specific software for development of
applications using Oracle Programming, Oracle
Installation, Maintenance, Performance, Study and
Tuning. Reorganizing of data files and on-line redo log
files at server levels and optimize SQL Queries.
Minimum requirements: Bachelor’s in Math, Computer
Science/Engineering (any branch) + 2 ½ yrs of exp. Exp.
to include Oracle Programming/Installation, UNIX, and
SQL.
