KUDOS FOR R2 LABOR PLANNING...
The new Labor Planning and Scheduling Module was
a runaway hit. Comments ranged from, “Just what
is needed” to the simple yet expressive, “Ooh”
and “Aah”.
The fact that the Labor Planning Module is fully
integrated, really makes the entire operation
seamless.
For starters, re-entry of labor details into
another system or the ubiquitous spreadsheet is
no longer required.
Then all the changes are captured and
communicated between all the players—PMs, Labor
Coordinators and Labor.
The Availability Whiteboard that shows the
schedules of the resources was the star of the
presentation and stole the show.

... AND FOR SERVICE AND REPAIR TOO
The enhanced Service and Repair module adds more
features to the real world needs of rental
companies.
This module now enables:

Service Orders to outside vendors

Tracking of estimated completion date
·
Purchase Order for vendors for Service & repair
The module now includes a much requested
feature—the ability to add a specific asset that
is out on service to a future order.

What good is an enhancement if it does not open
up more possibilities and more requests?
The great part of such sessions is the fantastic
feedback that it generates. Which in turn makes
R2 better and better.
