Unique Business Systems (UBS) will showcase the new .NET version of Labor Planning and Scheduling at Infocomm 2008 in Las Vegas on May 18th through 20th 2008.

This new .NET version is designed specifically for the Audio Visual Industry. This product can be used as a stand alone system or integrated with R2, a system to Manage Rentals and Sales that is being used by some of the largest Rental and Staging companies worldwide.

The .NET version of Labor Planning and Scheduling is a third generation product from Unique Business Systems and is based on the knowledge and expertise gained by working with Rental and Staging companies who have been using the previous versions of the labor planning product for the last eight years. Businesses that have provided significant inputs in the development of the .NET version include: Staging Connections Group Ltd. (AU), LMG, Hi-Tech Rentals, MAAVS, Scharff Weisberg and Creative Technologies.

The key areas where this new version is going to deliver a major impact include: providing labor planners the flexibility to configure the system to their workflows and preferences, view availability of resources, send requests through the system and estimate the cost of resources based on pay policies maintained in the system.
