Unique Business Systems is dedicated to providing you with quick, efficient and knowledgeable technical support for your R2 system. Our technicians and support staff are full service employees who are thoroughly trained to take ownership of your specific software issue.

How to Contact R2 Support:

There are three methods to contact R2 Support. Suggested methods are listed first:

 
Email: The quickest method of submitting your issue to R2 support is to send an email to r2support@unibiz.com. Your email automatically gets entered into the support queue and assigned a ticket number.
   
Support Site: You can directly log into the support system using your own username and password (supplied when your account when live). Here you can enter tickets and view the history of all your tickets.
   
Phone: Call 1-800-669-4827 or leave a message at extension 100 which will be directly forwarded to R2 support. Please use this only for emergencies. Note: This number is only available during UBS business hours (8:00am to 5:00pm PST)
