The annual R2 new version pre-release review and
familiarization session is scheduled for Sunday June
17, 2007, just before Infocomm ‘07.
This year’s session will be conducted at the
prestigious Mountain Gate Country Club, capped by
cocktails and dinner. The next day is the
R2 Golf Event – and you are cordially invited
for that.

This year our program will focus on R2 ver. 5.
Version 5 of R2 has a host of new features and
enhancements. These impact workflow, inventory
classification schema, UI as well as
feature/functionality changes. Some of the major
topics that will be covered in detail include:
Enhanced Inventory Classification Methodology;
impact on reservations and other operational aspects
Kits; new types, revenue and cost allocations
Sub-Order enhancements
Order Entry enhancements; Meeting Room
Orders, flow sheets and improved search capabilities
Warehouse Module enhancements
Transfers
Other areas that feature significant improvements
include Master Billing; Labor Planning and Reporting
In addition we have also scheduled a session on the
Best Practices of R2. From the extensive R2 user
community, we are going to spotlight some of the
best practices of using R2. This will bring to
entire R2 user community, some of the unique and
innovative ways R2 is being used by companies to
their benefit and improve efficiencies. From the
early feedback we have received, this session is
eagerly anticipated. We’ll also be seeking your
input on the future enhancements.
As we value our customer's input on the direction of
R2, we will have group discussions about future
enhancements.
