As a salesperson enters a reservation in R2, they have
the option to select and add Labor requirements to the
order. This information includes the type of labor
needed, the number of positions to be filled and the
dates by position type and the price being charged to
the client. Standard costs by position type are included
in R2 so the salesperson can view the margin on labor.
This information is seamlessly passed to the integrated
Labor Planning and Scheduling Module for fulfillment.

The Labor Planning and Scheduling module
facilitates communication between the schedulers and the
labor force, in-house technicians, freelance or union
employees by communicating all job details via email or
text messaging.
For in-house technicians, the system can directly access
their calendar. Details can include dates and times of
the event, travel arrangements, who to report to
when onsite, dress code and other important information
eliminating numerous phone calls.
The schedulers can monitor who has confirmed their
booking and manage the event on one screen. Any
changes made to the labor order by the labor coordinator
are highlighted back in the sales order.
The Labor Planning and Scheduling module offers reports
to help the project managers manage
their events with both in-house and freelance employees
including Call Sheets, Contact Lists. There are also key
management reports important to monitoring ROI including
Margin by Event, Margin by Order, Position Rate Analysis
and Overtime Analysis.
