How to Contact R2 Support:

There are three methods to contact R2 Support. Suggested methods are listed first:

 
Email: The quickest method of submitting your issue to R2 support is to send an email to r2support@unibiz.com. Your email automatically gets entered into the support queue and assigned a ticket number.
   
Support Site: You can directly log into the support system using your own username and password (supplied when your account when live). Here you can enter tickets and view the history of all your tickets.
   
Phone: Call 1-800-669-4827 only for emergencies. Please note: This number is only available during UBS business hours (8:00am to 5:00pm PST)
