The Standard Support plan offers you 5 full hours (8 hours for multiple
workstations) of high quality and knowledgeable technical support.

Premium Support Plan

 

The premium Support plan offers you high quality and knowledgeable technical
support. Premium Support plan members are provided with a special hotline
number to use in the event of a system crash which is answered by a live
technician between the hours of 7:00am to 5:00pm PST weekdays, not
including UBS Holidays.
