I've been using VideoTrace for over 9 years. I
love it. I've owned several stores and the
reason I chose VideoTrace for my business is my
experience with it. The history of rentals is my
favorite feature. I also particularly like the
way the primarily and supplemental memberships
are linked together. VideoTrace is so simple to
use with user friendly screens that it makes
training new employees a breeze. The Technical
Support staff at Unique Business Systems has
been very helpful - there hasn't been a problem
that they haven't been able to fix.

The free count feature helps us compete against
Blockbuster. The customer become very loyal
after the free rental. We have had VideoTrace
for over 14 years and the UBS technical support
staff has helped me considerably that I have
