The Challenge

Five Star was looking for their next generation software business tool to better manage, provide control and empower 200+ users in over 70+ different sites across all US time zones. This would also include consolidating scores of different inventory pools into regional and national inventories. Another key requirement was to have the ability to view its entire inventory across all sites. This was crucial as consolidation of inventory fosters sharing equipment through Transfers and Pooling.

Five Star also wanted to standardize item definitions, pricing, policies, and procedures and automate their PO policies for enhanced efficiencies, improved productivity, and ultimately superior customer service.

The Solution
